Gurpreet is a Technical Marketing Engineer in Provider Connectivity BU working on Cisco Subscriber Edge Solutions. In this role Gurpreet works on evolution and design of Broadband Networks with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Cloud native applications, Control & User Plane Separated BNG, EVPN and Segment Routing. Gurpreet also works with Broadband Forum on standardisations which are defining modern Broadband Networks.
Previously, in Cisco, Gurpreet worked on core and edge routing platforms (C12000 and ASR9k) and has experience working with large Service Providers.
Gurpreet is a CCIE in Service Provider and holds Master’s from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG). When he isn't working, Gurpreet enjoys travelling and capturing moments through his camera.
